Welcome to the DLR Training Provider registration page! Please complete the application. DO NOT use apostrophes or single quotation marks. Use the TAB key to move from field to field; DO NOT use the ENTER Key. After completing the application, click on the Submit New Provider Information button at the bottom of the page. You will automatically receive an email confirming your submittal. The DLR will review your application and determine whether or not you will be listed as a training provider. If accepted, you will receive an email containing a User ID and Password that will be used for maintaining provider and program information. Auxiliary aids and services available upon request to individuals with disabilities. State and federal laws required the Department of Labor and Regulation to provide services to all qualified persons without regard to race, color, creed, religion, age, sex, ancestry, political affiliation or belief, national origin, or disability.
