Welcome to the SDDOL Training Provider registration page! Please complete the application. DO NOT use apostrophes or single quotation marks. Use the TAB key to move from field to field; DO NOT use the ENTER Key. After completing the application, click on the Submit New Provider Information button at the bottom of the page. You will automatically receive an email confirming your submittal. The SDDOL will review your application and determine whether or not you will be listed as a training provider. If accepted, you will receive an email containing a User ID and Password that will be used for maintaining provider and program information.
