Authorized Bidder Administration

As an administrator for , you have the ability to add, remove, set-up permissions, and reset passwords for employees authorized to prepare and submit bids on behalf of your company. Authorized employees added here will be given permission to view and prepare bids for projects your company is on the plan holders list for. To allow an authorized employee to transmit, overwrite, or withdraw a bid; you must check the box for Transmit/Withdraw Bid.

  • To add an authorized administrator(s), you must complete and mail a new Bidding Administrator Authorization Form to the SDDOT Bid Letting Office.
  • To remove an authorized administrator(s), you must send a signed letter to the SDDOT Bid Letting Office requesting the administrator(s) be removed.
