Some items listed are exempt from Buy America requirements as defined in the current edition of the South Dakota Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges. If these products are used for purposes outside their exempt applications, they may be required to meet the Buy America provisions, and additional certification may be necessary. The contractor is responsible for verifying compliance prior to incorporating any product into the project.
