License - Your South Dakota License Number (Example 9999-9999-ST).
Owner/DBA - Your owner or DBA name as it appears on your license card.
Tax Due - If you have not filed before you will need to contact the Department of Revenue to register.
Keep your Username. You will need your Username and password to log into EPath
Existing Account
There is an EPath account for this ownership (same FEIN) on another license.
