Your privacy is of the utmost importance to DCS and we have implemented several security features in this application. Due to the enhanced security features, your User ID has been reset. Please read and follow the directions below when logging in. In addition to those features, it is imperative that you completely close out of all your browser windows when you are finished viewing your information. This will ensure that other individuals, who may use your computer, are unable to access your case information.

Your USER ID is initially set to be the last 4 digits of your SSN and the first 4 letters of your first name. If you have less than 4 letters in your first name, type your entire first name.

Your PIN is initially set to the eight digit number provided by the DCS Customer Connect PIN letter you received by mail. If you have misplaced this information please contact your Child Support Specialist for a new letter to be mailed to you.

You are required to change your eight digit User ID during your initial login to DCS Customer Connect. You may change your PIN, at any time, to one more familiar to you. The PIN must be eight numerical digits and, for security reasons, DCS does not recommend the use of a repetitive number such as 11111111.
